<\/a><\/p>\nPetter chasing a ray:<\/p>\n And a shark\u2026<\/p>\n Where did it go?<\/p>\n The Rays were really friendly and liked to give full body hugs especially if you happened to have sardines in your hand \ud83d\ude42 They are very soft and silky and feel quite nice.<\/p>\n Reef patrol:<\/p>\n Is that a shark behind me?<\/p>\n Snorkeling in the Aquarium, one of Bora Bora\u2019s most spectacular reefs:<\/p>\n These little guys went crazy over old baguettes:<\/p>\n Sooo \u2026 many \u2026<\/p>\n The reef was beautiful and teeming with life:<\/p>\n Ready for the photo shoot:<\/p>\n Butterfly fish have a fake black \u2018eye\u2019 on their dorsal to trick potential predators:<\/p>\n We even found an irate eel:<\/p>\n We went to find the sharks outside the reef pass in Bora Bora:<\/p>\n We found about 12 black tips\u2026<\/p>\n \u2026 and at least 3 lemon sharks cruising down below at about 40-60 feet\u2026<\/p>\n Lots and lots of other fish\u2026<\/p>\n who liked the bubbles on Petter\u2019s tank\u2026<\/p>\n \u2026and more sharks\u2026<\/p>\n We\u2019ve been back from French Polynesia (FP) for a couple of weeks now, but we\u2019re still dreaming of the gorgeous blue water and lush landscapes.
